Dr. Todd W. Garcia Dr. Garcia grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Following graduation, he served for five years in the U.S. Navy. He attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. His wife, Alena, is an orthodontist in Apex. They have two children, Courtney and Ethan. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis and playing with his children.

Angie Fischer Nye Dental Hygienist Angie was born in Fairmont, NC. She went to dental hygiene school at Cape Fear Community College. She lives in Knightdale. In her spare time she likes to golf and volunteer at the Humane Society.
