Dr. Todd W. Garcia Dr. Garcia grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Following graduation, he served for five years in the U.S. Navy. He attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. His wife, Alena, is an orthodontist in Apex. They have two children, Courtney and Ethan. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis and playing with his children.

Courtney Spence Dental Hygienist Courtney was born in Fayetteville, NC. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Fayetteville Technical College in 2004. She enjoys going to the beach and travelling.
